Class Act Designs is the brain child of Fran Cey and Judy Solomon. These are two ladies in the prime of their lives. Both are wives and mothers. Both owned businesses separately before joining forces in 2000. During their first five years in business, Fran and Judy designed and sold jewelry, incorporating hand-dyed silk ties. The silk ties added a unique touch of color and texture to their designs. In 2005, Class Act Designs changed direction to focus on production and sales of their silk ties. Their commitment to quality, consistency and customer service has made them a favorite of high-end jewelry designers, precious metal, glass and polymer clay artists and bead shops around the country and overseas. |

Fran Cey
Fran, a native of Chicago, lives in Woodland Hills, California with her husband Ron, the former Los Angeles Dodger, Chicago Cub and Oakland A third baseman. She owned the Santa Monica gallery Art Options from 1989-1991, honing her skills in sales and marketing. |

Judy Solomon
Judy lives in West Hills, CA with her husband Doctor Gil and three daughters. Judy’s first business was Haimish Heirlooms. From there she developed an interest in jewelry design and production of beaded jewelry for boutique sales across the country. |
