Minimum Order
There is a 12 piece minimum on all wholesale orders and a no minimum on retail orders. The minimum wholesale order can be made in any color combination. You can mix your colors! Wholesale buyers must provide their resale or tax identification number to qualify for pricing. Price break is at 100 pieces per order at $3 per silk tie and $4 each for metallic edged silk ties.
Shipping
We ship regular US mail unless Priority, Overnight Express or Global Priority mail is requested. .We need a street address for shipping. Please include the contact name of the person ordering and their phone number. Shipping charges will be added to the order.
We ship to all countries outside of the United States. We will fill out all customs forms and refer to your order as "commercial samples".
Payment
All orders may be paid with a MasterCard or Visa or by personal check with driver's license included. If using a credit card, please include card#, expiration date, the name as it appears on the card, and the billing address.
Delivery Time
In most cases, 2-3 days are needed to prepare an order. During the holiday season, it is important to get your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines. If you need your order by a specific date and will not accept the order later, please make this clear when ordering.
Cancellations After the order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping fees incurred.
Returns
Please report any shortage or colors you are unsatisfied with within 7 days of receipt. Call us for a return authorization # . Please show that # on the outside of the return. A 15% restocking fee applies after 7 days to items that were shipped as ordered and are not damaged. Only the merchandise cost will be credited. No credit for shipping costs.
Backorders
Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible, if not cancelled by you. Please call us to cancel any backorders or put a cancellation date on a backorder. Backorders are rare for us, but occasionally it happens. We pay shipping on any backorders. If you do not accept backorders, please tell us when you place your order.

You can call us anytime, 24/7, and we will get back to you within 3 days or sooner. Orders may be made on our secure website, called in, faxed, mailed or emailed to us.
