Orders
Orders are accepted by phone, fax, e-mail or website at ClassAct Designs.com
No minimum on retail orders.
All orders take approximately 2 days-1 week to be shipped
For custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS regular mail ($5) or by Priority Mail. ($7) International orders are welcome and can be sent by Priority Mail. Express Mail (overnight) is available at a premium. Shipping charges are added to the invoice.
No C.O.D.
All shipments are FOB Woodland Hills or West Hills,California and are insured up to $100 for our customer’s protection.
Terms of payment
Visa, Mastercard, personal check with driver’s license and phone#, cashier’s check or money order.
All orders are to be prepaid.
Returns, exchanges and credits
Customers can return silk ties for exchange or credit within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Credits may be applied to any future order
If you wish to have your payment refunded,we will send a check minus shipping charges if payment was made by check, money order,cashier’s check or charge.
